Description
The 7539 series can place the entire range of Avdel® Speed Fastening®
Systems and stand out for their ergonomic design. Rapid assembly makes them
cost-effective, even with small batch sizes. Simple to operate, high mobility
and easy integration into the production process are the main features. Time
consuming training of an operator is not necessary. The hydraulic riveting
units provide a smooth and shockfree riveting, ideal for sensitive components.
All tools only require compressed-air supply. Respective nose equipment has
to be ordered seperately.
| Type 07539-03000 - Tool Stand Workstation
This tool is used for “Top-Down” riveting requirements. The benefit:
easy alignment of workpiece due to linear control and fatigue-proof operation.
The tool is mainly used in a seated work position.

| Type 07539-03001 - Underbench Workstation
The 07539-03001 is integrated into existing assembly workstations. The tool
is especially suitable for components with “Bottom-Up” riveting
requirements. The components are positioned on the previously fed rivet.
Jig points required for the components can be designed more easily. |

| Type 07539-03005 - Suspended Tool
For different riveting directions on the same component the tool is mounted
via a balancer (balancer part-no. 78230-00005 has to be ordered separately).
You can carry out up to 60 riveting processes per minute. An extension with
a tool stand is optional. The tool weighs about 1.5 kg. |
