Description

The Avdel® 734 series installation tool is a robust and rugged tool designed for a long working life in extreme conditions. The 734 series is available with various heads capable of fitting Avbolt®, standard and Large Diameter Avdelok® lockbolts and larger diameter Avseal® sealing plugs. With castors for maneuverability the 734 tool is the ideal tool on any busy production line. A range of HydraPac hydraulic power units deliver the extreme high pull pressure required for secure, long lasting assembly at high speed.

Each power unit is a high pressure hydraulic pump delivering two different operating pressures for the two cycles of the operation, a high pressure for the installation cycle (or pull cycle) and a lower pressure for the ejection cycle (or return cycle). Each unit is provided with 10 m of trailing cable for connection of the electric power supply, a pair of hydraulic quick couplers and an electrical socket for the control cord connection. Easy-to-change nose equipment and a range of hydraulic hoses in different lengths enable the tool to be adapted to suit local assembly requirements.
